Meet Drew - Owner and Roaster of Smith Coffee 

Drew started roasting coffee in Auckland back in the early 90's when the flat white was becoming famous. Working for numerous coffee companies over the years (from large to small) he created his own boutique coffee company back in 2014, Smith Coffee. 

With the move to Dunedin in 2018 - he brought Smith Coffee down South and started brewing in "Archie the Coffee Caravan" at various events in Dunedin and the Otago Region
